 A little bit about me:

I have worked with couples and families for several years helping them navigate conflict, communication blocks, repair trust and much more. I also have a wide range of experience working with young people navigating life transitions, identity formation, anxiety, depression, grief and various others challenges that arise throughout difficult life circumstances.

When not working, I enjoy live music, reading, trying new recipes or restaurants in the city, watching reality TV and spending time with my friends and family.

  • High Stress Workplace/ First Responders

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Life transitions (e.g. career change, relationship status, move, chronic illness etc.)

  • Youth and Adults 16+

My therapeutic approaches:

I am trained in and use Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I use an eclectic approach and draw on many modalities in a session. I strive for clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and build practical skills to navigate their situation.

I am currently not accepting new clients.

Fees:

$160 and $100 sliding scale for individual therapy

$200 for relationship therapy
